SHIPPING TO SPAIN

Peninsula: free shipping for orders over €70. Orders under €70 are charged €5 for shipping.
Balearic Islands: free shipping for orders over €70. Orders under €70 cost €7 shipping.
Canary Islands: free shipping for orders over €100. Orders under €100 cost €12 shipping.
Shipping within 48-72 hours (working days).

SHIPPING TO EUROPE: France, Italy, Germany and Portugal.

Free shipping for orders over €170. Orders under €170 are charged €12 for shipping.
Shipping within 4-5 business days.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you wish to make an exchange, you must first return your order and independently make a new purchase.
You have 14 days from the date you received the product to request an exchange or return.
To make a return or exchange, the product must not have been used or be damaged. It must not show damage due to incorrect use, residue or any damage due to external causes. The return will be rejected if the box is damaged and/or the product does not have its original label. If the product was accompanied by promotional material, it must be included for the return.

If you make a return because you receive your order with a damaged or faulty product, or because you want to exchange it for another item, you will not have to pay the return shipping costs.

If you return the product because you no longer want it, you will have to pay the shipping costs corresponding to your area.

Steps to follow:

1) Send an email to info@critenaiscosmetics.com requesting your return or exchange and indicating your name, surname and order number.

2) We will respond within a maximum of 48 hours indicating how to proceed to make the return or exchange.

3) Once the product has arrived at our facilities, the refund will be made.
